How does it work?

| 1. Free Discovery Call | Share your vision, goals, and audience. Discuss suitable virtual event platforms solutions, the various options available to you, and pricing. Sue will follow up with a virtual event estimate for your review. |
| 2. Event Planning Meeting | Once the estimate is approved, and deposit received, Sue will meet with you and your event team to: – fine tune the virtual event plan – discuss deliverables/options and make key decisions – schedule all required meetings Sue will follow up by: – sending finalized virtual event plan with all details discussed, links to guidelines and templates you can use, and highlighting timelines and what’s required from you to begin. |
| 3. Event Setup / Show Flow Meeting | Sue and Team World Event Center will have the virtual event space and a draft of the show flow set up for your review. Any tweaks required will be noted/done, and an agenda for the Tech Rehearsal iwll be drafted. |
| 4. Tech Rehearsal | A tech rehersal will be held 2-3 days befor your virtual event, to ensure your speakers and event team are prepped and ready to run flawlessly. |
| 5. Live Event Day | One the day of the event, Sue will meet with you and the event team 1/2 hour before the event for a premeeting with event team, audio video testing, speaker co-ordination, audience support. |
| 6.Post Event Wrap-Up | Within one business day from event, Sue will share metrics, video, feedback received, and next steps to repurpose content. |
