Share your vision, goals, and audience. Discuss virtual event platform options and pricing. Sue will follow up with a tailored estimate for your review. -
Event Planning Meeting
Once the estimate is approved and deposit received, Sue meets with you and your event team to:- Fine-tune the virtual event plan
- Discuss deliverables, options, and key decisions
- Schedule all required meetings
Sue will then send a finalized event plan with all details, links to guidelines and templates, and clear timelines outlining what’s needed from you.

Event Setup / Show Flow Meeting
Sue and Team World Event Center will have the virtual event space and a draft show flow ready for your review. Any tweaks are noted and completed, and a Tech Rehearsal agenda is prepared. -
Tech Rehearsal
Held 2–3 days before your virtual event to ensure speakers and event team are prepped and ready to run flawlessly. -
Live Event Day
Sue meets with you and the event team 30 minutes before the event for a pre-meeting, audio/video testing, speaker coordination, and audience support. -
Post-Event Wrap-Up
Within one business day, Sue shares metrics, video recordings, attendee feedback, and next steps for repurposing your content.
